Police and emergency services arrived and will assist in disposing the fetus. According to a community member Miss Jenifer Makwana said, "If a women doesn't want a child, they always have a right to do abortion not this heartless doing they're doing".

Mrs. Ethel Dondo who is a paramedic said that in all the thirteen years she's been working as a paramedic, she never eye witnessed such heartless doing being done to an innocent soul. She further said that she's still in shock that they're heartless women out there, she assured the community members that this was beyond shock to her ever since she was born.

The police spokesperson Thulani Khambule, who is also a forensic laboratory said that it is clear that the baby fetus was thrown in the toilet. Why Men hesitate Visiting Healthcare Centre's?

There has never been a straight answer to why men hesitate to visit health center's when they’re not feeling well. Nor is it a conversation that has much engagement around it due to the stigma of men seeking help in healthcare center's may be viewed as being weak.

Men often avoid seeking medical care even when they suspect it may be necessary. Most men buy into the stigma that they should be strong enough to handle things on their own, no matter what.

Image: Google

They convince themselves that seeing a doctor is a sign of weakness and their condition will improve on its own. Some men believe that they are too busy to be going to doctors. According to research by Boitekanelo Health Provider proved that 72 percent researchers said that they would rather be doing households chores, like cleaning toilets, than going to the doctor.

Some men procrastinate visiting healthcare center's out of fear. Men might delay essential medical tests because they are afraid of diagnosis. The more anxiety they experience about a task, the more likely they’ll put it off until later.

Here is the link of Mr T. Mathenjwa explaing why he doesn't like visiting healthcare centre's:

Tshepo Boikhutso who is a 25-year- old said that he hesitates going to the clinic because he’s been observing how public healthcare center's operate and he doesn’t like that.

“Dozens of patients return home without getting their medication, after spending the whole day in the line,” said Tshepo.

Tshepo further added, “Nurses work at a very slow pace in attending patients, they are rude in a way that if you dare question them on what is taking so long to dispense the medication, the next thing they threaten not to give you the medication.”

According to Harvard and Rutgers, men who self-report traditional views on masculinity are also less likely to get consistent health care. There appears to be a correlation between holding the belief that men should be strong and self-reliant (and slow to show emotion)

Mandla Magwaza  is a 45-year-old and he said that he does not go to healthcare Centre because he is a Zulu man that believes in traditional/natural herbs (imithi yesintu).

He jokingly added, “If you are a real man not a boy you shouldn’t be a cry baby in a way that once you start coughing, you run to the hospital like people with medical aid, but you should use traditional herbs.”

Image: Google
On average, men are twice as likely as women to go a year without visiting a healthcare provider. Men being less likely to seek health care may be due to upholding traditional masculine beliefs and social roles.

Mr David Mokoena (62) said that he hates going to the clinic, he visits because he doesn’t have a choice as he lives with diabetes.

“We suffer waiting in long queues and being maltreated by lazy nurses who shout at us as if we are their children,  that time they are my daughters age,” said Mr Mokoena.

Men tend to die younger and often from such ailments as heart disease, cancer, and stroke, and from injuries. The reason being that men don’t like visiting healthcare center's, but they wait until they are critically ill.

The event was dominated by the youth enjoying themselves, drinking different types

of alcohol. The bar man made sure that he never disappoints. What was surprising

that day is that the bar man made so many mocktails and that proved that the event

was huge and even people that are not alcohol consumers were part of the event.

“I was very happy to be attending the Last picnic before winter event because I got a

chance to see the DJ’s and little-known artists around Pretoria performing live,

nothing felt wrong or went wrong on my side,” said Sthandiwe Dludlu who attended

the event.

The significant spirit was brought by the different DJ’s and little-known artists. Ms

Nelly Mawaza was the first performer, and she was welcomed warmly by the crowd.

The second performer was DJ Karri who played ama piano and a mix of cultural

music and the crowd loved it.

Thanks to the artists because they made sure that the stage remained hot. It was

more like a competition amongst themselves, with the bubbly host Thato Deep who

made sure that guests were entertained.

Kagiso Mudau said that she has nothing to complain about, she is happy with

everything because she enjoyed herself. She further said that she does not regret

spending her money to this incredible event because she also got a chance to see

her favourite artist Dr Malinga.

present themselves with their favorite colors and wear anything that made them

feel comfortable without having to worry about a theme that could restrict others.

An exciting netball tournament between Shaka and Little Manhattan residence that took place at Shaka residence on the 11th of March 2023. This tournament took place at 12h00 and ended at 13h00 with four quarters fifteen minutes each quarter.

Shaka residence players were impressed after they scored draw on the first quarter.

Students from residences were cheerful for the game even though Shaka residence didn’t have so many supporters. The game started on a good but ended on a bad one because players played rough.

On the first quarter both teams scored eight goals, leading to a draw for both teams. It was a pity that Little Manhattans player Thulile Xulu fell on the ground while they were playing for the first fifteen minutes, then she was substituted with Ethel Moloi.

On the second quarter, scores were different with Little Manhattan scoring eleven goals while Shaka residence scored eight goals.

Little Manhattan was more energetic on the third quarter because their coach Mr Obakeng Baloyi was giving them advice after each quarter. The team scored more than their competitors again.

Here is the video of an amazing netball match between Little Manhattan and Shaka residence:

“The game was unfair because Shaka residence players were not disciplined, so the game was very hard and the was no team work on Shaka residence players,” said Ms Tebatso Magajane the Little Manhattan empire.

Shaka residence coach Mr Sfiso Mabena said,’’ I am not happy of the game because I feel that my team is robbed because our empire is an amateur still learning, so some of the faults done by Little Manhattan are not recognised.”

The forth quarter was no childs play because both teams wanted the rewards.

Mr Mabena said that his team was strong because of Prince Nkabinde the Goal Keaper (GK) of the team. At the end of all four quarters both teams had a draw of twenty-four goals, that gave each team one point.

The tournament continued after Shaka residence played with TCE(Soshanguve North campus) then Little Manhattan won both the price and medals as a reward of playing the tournament.
